Important Information:

• Arrival at Port Lympne is between 9.30am - 3.30pm.
  Depart Port Lympne by 2.00pm
  No cash payments, debit/credit card only

  Use of a golf buggy (full valid drivers licence is requiredto be shown upon arrival)

  Golf Buggy Information:
  - Available from 3pm on the day of arrival, collected from the concierge once you’ve checked in
  - You’ll need to walk from your accommodation to the concierge to collect your buggy
  - Buggies must be returned to the concierge after each use
  - For safety reasons, there is no buggy access between the Hideaways and concierge from 2pm to 6am
  - During these hours, our Guest Services team will be happy to assist with transport to and from your accommodation
  - The overnight team will deliver your buggy to your Hideaway, ready for use the following morning
  - You’re welcome to use the buggy until 11am on the day of departure, after which it should be returned to the concierge

Forest Hideaway Facilities:

• Sleeps up to 4 (2 adults and 2 children up to the age of 8) on a double bed and small double sofabed.
• Nespresso machine and mini fridge. Tea/coffee and milk provided
• TV
• Heating throughout
• Ensuite toilet and shower
• Toiletries, slippers, bathrobes, hairdryer, all bedding and towels provided
• Private outdoor seating with firepit overlooking the Asian safari area
• Check in 3.00pm and check out 11.00am
