  • Treehouse Facilities:
  • Sleeps up to 4 people across 2 separate bedrooms (1 twin and 1 double). A travel cot can be requested
  • Full self catering facilities with tea/coffee/milk provided
  • Open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge including 4K TV
  • Heating throughout. Air Conditioning in dining area and lounge
  • Family bathroom with shower over bath (Accessible Treehouse has a wetroom with no bath)
  • Private balcony with panoramic views over the Romney Marsh and Kent coast
  • Check in 3.00pm and check out 11.00am

  • A full valid driving license must be produced upon arrival for use of the golf buggy. Access your golf buggy from check in to check out
  • Howletts Wild Animal Park opening hours 10am - 4.00pm daily, one visit per night of stay (subject to seasonal opening hours.
  • A credit or debit card is required upon arrival for pre authorisation of £100 for any room charges throughout your stay
  • Please bring appropriate clothing in case of inclement weather
  • Entrance to both Port Lympne and Howletts Wild Animal Park is only valid for the dates of your stay
  • One Short Breaks Safari experience bookable per night of stay
  • Please pre book your safari and dining reservations in advance to avoid disappointment
