Bear Lodge Front Row Tent Facilities:
- Sleeps up to 8 people in 2 x double beds, 2 x bunk beds
- Bedding and towels
- Fridge, kettle with tea/coffee and milk provided
- Cutlery/Crockery provided
- Electric heater and log burner
- Modern newly refurbished ensuite toilet and shower room
- Hand and bodywash provided
- Private decking with outdoor seating and views over Romney Marsh and Kent coast
- Communal fire pit and access to children's play area
- Check in 3.00pm and check out 10.00am
Bear Lodge Back Row Tent Facilities:

Important Information:
- Does not include use of a Golf Buggy and cannot be hired separately
- Please note, during our Winter Season (20th November – 29th March), Howletts is open 10am-4pm on weekends and school holidays only.
- A credit or debit card is required upon arrival for pre authorisation of £100 for any room charges throughout your stay
- Please bring appropriate clothing in case of inclement weather
- Entrance to both Port Lympne and Howletts Wild Animal Park is only valid for the dates of your stay
- One Short Breaks Safari experience bookable per night of stay
- Please pre book any animal experiences and dining reservations in advance to avoid disappointment

Pay in instalments Payments.
Deposit payment breakdown:
- 66% of the total value of the booking is required at the point of booking.
- The final balance (34%) is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
Arrival dates over 10 weeks but less than 20 week a 66% deposit will be due at the point of booking.
Full balance would be due for bookings within 10 weeks of arrival.
Supplementary terms
- By selecting pay in instalments, you are agreeing to all standard terms and conditions with variations to the amendment and cancellation terms.
- Bookings made through pay in instalments are non-refundable from the point of booking.
- Bookings made through pay in instalments options are non-amendable from the point of booking including amending arrival date.
- Once booking is confirmed the payment due dates and payment method are non-amendable.
- Prepayments are required to be made in accordance with the payment plan. We will send reminders for scheduled payments due to the e-mail address provided at the time of booking at least 2 days before payment due date.
- Failure to pay an instalment upon receipt of notification will result in your bookings being cancelled and balance paid forfeited.
- We reserve the right to withdraw pay in instalments as a valid payment option at any point without notice and exclude from any promotional activity.

All of our short breaks guests have a safari included in the cost of their stay. What’s more, guests can enjoy their stay knowing that they are directly helping conservation, with all profits from the park’s short breaks going back into Port Lympne’s animal conservation charity work in collaboration with The Aspinall Foundation.

Babydoll's - Babydoll’s is a relaxed, authentic Italian restaurant with a family-friendly menu created with a focus on the wood-fired oven at the centre of the open kitchen.
Bear Lodge - Bear Lodge is a much-loved family dining destination for Port Lympne’s visitors and neighbours. The relaxed setting, spectacular views and varied menus are certain to delight your entire pride.
