This voucher can be used against any of our accommodation options, experiences, food and drinks packages. To redeem, simply give us a call, redeem online or email and we'll be happy to help you plan your visit.

  1. Gift vouchers must be redeemed before the expiry date stated on the voucher.
  2. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-amendable.
  3. Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve are under no obligation to replace or refund gift vouchers that are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed whether they have been redeemed or not.
  4. Vouchers re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain will be null and void.
  5. Gift vouchers are not redeemable against retail, park entry / membership or experiences without accommodation.
  6. Remaining balance of gift vouchers can be applied to bookings as on site credit. Any credit on check out is non-refundable/amendable.
